In what could arguably be the second worst film we've visited so far in the series, A pair of sisters and some horrible douchebags have to deal with a couple of psychopath toons escaped from their cartoon dimension. Essentially an 80 minute tech demo for gore FX, Terror Toons is a painfully dull film with maybe 4 good minutes...come listen to Doug and Moe spend countless minutes avoiding discussing this "film"
